Dr. Shireen Sultana obtained her MBBS from Z.H Sikder Medical College, Dhaka with Honors in the Professional exam. After the internship, she joined BSMMU for her training in the Department of Medicine and Cardiology. She also worked at Dhaka Medical College Hospital and completed 4 years of postgraduate training in Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Endocrinology.
She became a member of The Royal College of Physicians, UK (MRCP). She has working experience in critical care medicine and has attended clinical courses in the UK. She has also attended courses on COVID management by the World Health Organization.
Dr. Shireen Sultana has been working in medicine for the last 8 years gaining experience in multiple subspecialties including Cardiology and Gastroenterology at multiple reputed hospitals in Dhaka. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and Bangladesh Society of Medicine contributing to the field of research and currently undergoing her fellowship course with the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons.
She is working as a specialist in Internal Medicine at Square Hospital.
